How much does a website cost for a small business in 2026
Our prices for a landing page, a company site, a site in several languages and a site with an admin panel, what moves them, how long it takes, and what a website builder costs instead.
Pricing · WebsitesOn this page
With us a small business website starts from $250: one page in one language, with a form that sends every request to your Telegram, from 1 week. The price grows with the number of pages and languages, texts we write for you, calculators and other interactive parts, an admin panel and connections to your CRM, online booking or payments, and it is fixed in a written scope before work starts. A website builder costs less up front, from $12 a month on Squarespace’s yearly Basic plan in the US, but you build the site yourself and pay for as long as it is online.
In numbers- Our websites start from $250 and take from 1 week; the price is fixed in a written scope before work starts.
- Each connection to a CRM, online booking or payments is $100.
- A parking equipment installer’s one-page site brings about 5 requests a month; a course landing page brought about 10 applications for its first cohort.
- Squarespace’s US prices in October 2026: Basic $19 a month, or $144 a year paid up front, which is $12 a month.
- Wix prices its plans by location: the plans page we opened on 31 October 2026 started paid plans at $17.77 a month on a yearly subscription.
How much does a website cost with us?
Our websites start from $250 and take from 1 week. That buys one page in one language, designed around your business, with a request form that sends every request straight to your Telegram. Everything else is priced item by item, from one list.
Here is what typical sites come to, counted from that list the same way our websites page counts them:
| Site | What it is | Price with us |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page | One page in one language, with a form that sends requests to your Telegram. | from $250 |
| Company site, 5 pages | Services, work, prices, about and contacts. | from $550 |
| The same in three languages | Each language on pages of its own, with your translation. | from $750 |
| Site with an admin panel | Five pages and an admin panel to run your catalog, blog or work yourself. | from $850 |
These are starting prices. Yours is fixed in a written scope after a free call, and it changes only if the scope changes.
What moves the price of a website?
Six things, and hours are not one of them:
- pages: each page after the first adds $75;
- languages: each extra language adds $100, with your translation;
- texts: if we write them for you, $100 for the site;
- interactive parts: each calculator, quiz or menu with filters adds $150;
- an admin panel to run your catalog, blog or work yourself: $300;
- connections: each one to a CRM, online booking or payments adds $100.
A landing page needs none of them, and plenty of sites need two or three. Photos, reviews and prices come from you, because nobody else has them.
A connection can also lead to something bigger than a form: a booking bot in Telegram or an AI chat on the site. Each has its own article with its own prices.
Languages get pages of their own, so a visitor reads the whole site in their language, not a menu translated over a page in another one. Our article on a site in three languages explains why.
An admin panel pays off when you change things every week. The design studio site has one: the owner adds work to the portfolio, writes blog posts and sees views and likes without calling a developer. If your prices change twice a year, you may not need one.

What counts as an interactive part? On the accounting firm concept it is a calculator: six inputs, one of four packages recommended, a monthly fee estimated, and the answers carried into the request form.
What will my site cost? A rough estimate
Pick what your site needs and see a rough price. It counts from our price list, so it is a starting point for the call, not a quote.
A rough estimate, not a quote. The exact price comes in the written scope after a free call: some things turn out simpler than they look, some harder.

A landing page, a business card site or a bigger site?
Start from what the visitor has to do. If the answer is “send a request”, one page is often enough. Three of the five client sites below are a single page:
| Site | Pages | What it does | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Parking equipment installer | One page | Finished jobs, reviews next to them and a short form | About 5 requests a month, each one in the owner’s Telegram |
| Online course | One landing page | The program, the author, reviews, a start date that updates itself and the form | About 10 applications for the first cohort |
| Lounge bar | One long page | The mood, a menu with prices, today’s hours and the way there | People check the menu before they come, the owner says |
| Car wash brand | Nine pages | Separate paths for drivers and for car washes, and four guides | Each buyer lands on a page written for them |
| Design studio | A site with an admin panel | A portfolio, a blog and a request form, run by the owner | The studio updates its portfolio and blog on its own |
Each of them has a case you can click through: the parking equipment installer, the online course, the lounge bar, the car wash brand and the design studio.
A business card site that only says the company exists rarely brings requests. What does is finished work, reviews next to it, a price to go on and a short form. Our article on a service company website goes through each of them.
Add pages when a second kind of buyer needs answers of their own. The car wash brand sells one product to drivers, who want to know which jug to buy, and to car wash owners, who want the cost of one wash. That is why it has nine pages and the installer has one.
How much does an online store cost?
More than a site that collects requests. There is no online store among our cases yet, so we won’t quote one. A store needs a catalog, a cart, payment, stock and delivery rules, and each of them is work. In our list a catalog counts as an interactive part and payment as a connection, but a store is always counted in the scope, item by item.
If you sell a few products, a catalog with prices and a way to order may be enough. The car wash brand site shows the volume, weight, number of washes and price of each of its three jugs in a size picker. If you have hundreds of products and the stock changes every day, a ready store platform can be the cheaper start, and we will say so on the call.
A website builder or a custom site?
A builder is cheaper to start. On Squarespace’s pricing page in October 2026, the US price of the Basic plan was $19 a month, or $144 a year paid up front, which comes to $12 a month. Core was $27 a month, or $204 a year. Wix sets prices by location: the plans page we opened from Batumi on 31 October 2026 started paid plans at $17.77 a month on a yearly subscription, and Wix’s help center says prices may differ depending on where you are.
But the fee is the smaller part of the choice. With a builder you pick a template, write the texts, set up the forms and keep it all running yourself, and the fee goes on for as long as the site is online. With us the work is done for you, the build has one fixed price, and the site is made around what you sell rather than around a template.
| What you compare | Website builder | Custom site with us |
|---|---|---|
| To start | A free trial, then a plan | From $250 for the build, fixed in the scope |
| Every month or year | The plan, from $12 a month on Squarespace’s yearly Basic | The domain and hosting, paid by you; on our support, hosting is included |
| Who does the work | You | We do; you bring photos, reviews and prices |
| Design | A template you adjust | Made around your business |
| Where requests go | Wherever the builder’s forms can send them | Straight to your Telegram, with Telegram and WhatsApp buttons next to the form |
| Changes after launch | You make them | The same person who built the site |
A builder is a fair choice if you have the time and a simple page in mind. If you would rather spend that time on your business, or the site has to do something specific, such as count a price or speak three languages, a custom site fits better.
How long does a website take?
From 1 week. Here are real dates from our work:
- the parking installer’s first draft was ready on 6 March 2026, the gallery of real jobs, the reviews, the form and the counters came together on the morning of 10 March, and smaller updates followed until 26 March;
- the course landing page was in place on the evening of 12 May 2026, with search setup and analytics, and on 8 June its start date began updating itself in all six places on the page;
- a working prototype of all nine pages of the car wash brand site was ready by 5 August 2026 for the owner to click through.
Often the wait is for material only you have. In the car wash prototype, 42 red notes marked every figure and detail that had to come from the owner, from contacts to company details. We didn’t guess any of them.
Why the price is fixed before work starts
Before the call nobody knows how many pages you need, in how many languages, who writes the texts, whether you need a calculator or an admin panel, and what the site connects to. Those answers set the price. After the call they go into a written scope, and so does the number. The call and the scope are free.
You click through a working version before the bulk of the work starts, the person who scopes the site builds it, and we stay on for fixes after launch. How we scope a project walks through each step, and what a small business website needs in 2026 covers what to put on the page.
