What happens to the data you send us: what we keep, why, where and for how long. Short, because we collect very little.

    We use your brief and your messages to answer you and prepare an estimate. No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling data. Ask us to delete it at any time.

    Who we are

    This site belongs to ZabSoft LLC, a software company registered in Batumi, Georgia, company ID 445868605. We decide how the data you send us is used, so we are responsible for it.

    What we collect

    We only collect what you give us, plus the technical minimum every website receives.

    • The brief. Your name, how to reach you (email, Telegram or WhatsApp), what you need, your budget and a few words about the project.
    • Messages. What you write to us in Telegram, WhatsApp or by email, with the name and profile details those services show us.
    • Technical data. Like any website, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use it only to keep the site secure and working.

    Why we use it

    • To answer you, ask questions about the project and prepare an estimate and a contract. This is a step you asked for before a possible contract.
    • To keep the site secure and find faults. This is our legitimate interest.

    We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not add you to mailing lists.

    Where it goes

    A brief lands in a CRM that we host ourselves, and we get a short notification about it in Telegram. If you choose to write to us in Telegram or WhatsApp, those services process the messages under their own rules.

    Fonts, scripts, pictures and videos on this site come from our own servers, so opening a page does not tell other companies that you visited it.

    How long we keep it

    We keep briefs and messages for 24 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep what the contract and accounting rules require for as long as they require it.

    Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

    Cookies and local storage

    We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with our own analytics, which runs on our server and shares nothing with other companies.

    When you switch between the light and the dark theme, your browser remembers the choice until the next sunrise or sunset. It is stored on your device and never sent to us. When you choose English or Russian, your browser also remembers the language on your device (zs-lang), and it is never sent to us.

    Your rights

    You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Write to the address above and we will answer within 30 days.

    If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, or to the data protection authority in your country.

    Changes

    When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
