Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your business: your online store, CRM, warehouse or delivery service, connected in a couple of minutes.
Challenge
A small business keeps its numbers in several places: orders on a marketplace, deals in a CRM, stock and money in an accounting tool, parcels with a delivery service. To answer a simple question, such as which paid orders have not shipped yet, someone exports a spreadsheet from each one. ChatGPT and Claude can work through that in seconds, but only if they can see the data, and connecting a service to them used to take a developer.
What we built
APIUniCon connects a person's services to their AI assistant. You add it to ChatGPT or Claude once, then write in the chat what to connect, for example "Connect my Allegro account", and the assistant does the setup. The key from the service's account is pasted on our page, not in the chat: it is encrypted before it is stored, and the assistant never sees it. After that you ask in plain words and get answers with the numbers.
Marketplaces, CRMs, accounting and stock tools, ad accounts, delivery services and task trackers are listed on the site, and any other service with an API can be connected the same way. When someone has already connected a service, the next person gets a ready setup and does not wait while the assistant reads the documentation.
An assistant may also propose changes, such as creating a shipment. By default each change waits for the person's confirmation, and deleting is always confirmed on our page.
In the account you see the connected services, what each one is allowed to do, a log of changes and how much of the month's plan is used. The film and the pictures here show a test account with made-up connections and keys.
How it went
Work started on 23 August 2026 as a tool that ran on one computer and connected one marketplace from the chat. On 14 October the cloud version began: sign-up, a personal account, plans and the public site, so nobody has to install anything. The site and the account work in English and Russian.
Result
A shop owner asks ChatGPT or Claude about their orders, deals and stock and gets the numbers, without exporting spreadsheets and without a developer.
